This hotel was incredible value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and service provided. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that our room was ready on time and even offering to show us to our room. We were pleasantly surprised by the basic amenities available, such as the kitchenette with everything we needed and the comfortable double bed. The hotel's location in a quiet area of Kraków was perfect, with a bus stop nearby for easy access to the city center and market square. We also loved the rooms with a nice view of the interior garden, where we could enjoy our morning coffee.
All was great!

Nice, clean, large apartment, it had everything we need. It could easily accommodate 4 or 5 people, instead of two, it had extra beds and couches, so if you travel in group or with kids, one room is largely enough; you can actually save some money. Quiet area. The owner had a good level in English, which is hard to find in Poland.
Old TV with poor sound and only 2 channels (but hey, who really needs a TV?) Located on a bumpy, old, isolated road. Breakfast was somehow limited in options.

We had a wonderful experience staying in this hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The hotel facilities were great and we had no issues with parking as it was available for a small price. The hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop that made it easy to get to the city center and Market square. The staff was friendly, helpful and the breakfast included in our stay was worth it.
Nothing could have been better.

Nice room and the good location. The ladies were very helpful and could communicate English well.
We wanted and booked an apartment but we got a room only. Although they let us use the main kitchen, it was less comfortable this way.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

where to start? I have been to many 4*/5* hotels across europe, and many lower stars aswell. the matress was springs with frabric sewn on, the heat in the room was unreal, with the weather being boiling and all that, no air-con and a little fan to cool you down in 35'c heat. ran out of toilet paper soon never replaced it had to ask for more, then had to buy a third one on the fourth day. fridge was warm and made a noise like a thunderbird. So if you wondering about the place, not horrible but far from good. would not recommend staying here, simple as.(well in summer anyway) goodbye.

the staff was very welcoming and the room was big and very clean. Public transport to the apartments is very easy (7 min from the train station by buses 105 and 129)
bring your shampoo and shower gel, they are not provided.

The breakfast was decent and filling, offering a variety of options. the staff were friendly and welcoming, providing helpful advice on nearby attractions and places to eat. the hotel was situated in a convenient location near public transportation and a few mini marts, making it easy to get around.
The room was not up to our expectation. the bed was uncomfortable and creaky, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

this accomodation was quite good in price/value aspect, the breakfast was also enough, I traveled there with 3 friends and we got the apartment in the mansart, there was 2 big rooms, a kitchen (full equiped) and a big bathroom, we could have left our car in front of the house. Down town is 2 bus stops far, on foot can be also reached within 20 minutes.

Friendly staff, quite close to the huge shopping mall and the Old Town
Extremely unwelcoming smell of dump in the whole apartament (no.7) even with all the windows opened, no cups, plates or pots in the kitchen to prepare even the tiniest meal, no bulbs in the lamps, missing lampshade in the bathroom, no remote control for the tv, poor quality of the tv picture (only 4 channels all with quality problems). Was the bath yellowish originaly or it hasn't been cleaned? If you happen to lose something under the double bed you might find some historical dust. Perfect for trainspotters - the thunder of trains passing by is like tsunami. Definately not the standard you'd expect for that money.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and a bus stop to reach it easily. It's situated in a peaceful neighborhood and perfect for backpackers. the rooms are spacious and comfy, with LCD TVs and daily maid service. the breakfast is delicious, with fresh products. the hotel has a secured parking lot.
The kitchen is poorly equipped, and the towels are too tough.

The room was a real suite, wih two separate rooms and a kitchen, spaceaus and homey style. The breakfast/bar/receotion area is furbished in a classic country desing, the breakfast is big and great quality, the staff is the most friendly (good English). We appreciated our stay, we wanted to stay longer - such a pity we had to contunie our road.. Thanks for everything, keep up this excellent value fo rmoney!

This was our 3rd time in Vital and the best, They improve every year and we keep on coming back. We enjoyed the quite room, comfortable king size bed and modern bathroom. The hotel offered breakfast with many varieties also for vegs and vegans. Good news is that they well organize 1 day trips to Auschwitz, Wieliczka and Zakopane including hot springs!!!
